Ingredients & Directions
1/2 c Shredded Asiago cheese
1/2 c Shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 c Minced onion (or chives)
1 Egg, beaten
1/4 ts Tabasco sauce
Salt, freshly grnd. white
Pepper to taste
1 Chunk French bread, sliced
In half, lengthwise.
Combine cheeses, chives, egg and hot pepper sauce in bowl. Season
to taste with salt and pepper.
Arrange bread halves on baking sheet. Carefully top each slice
with halt the cheese mixture.
Bake at 350 F. until cheese is melted and bread is crusty, 10 to
12 min. Serve immediately.
