1 C Butter, softened 3 T Parsley (fresh), chopped
1 C Parmesan cheese, grated 1/2 t Oregano
1/2 C Mayonnaise 1 Loaf French bread
5 Garlic cloves, -(baguette), cut
-minced or pressed -lengthwise
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Mix all ingredients except the bread
together in a bowl. Spread the mixture onto the French bread. Wrap bread in
aluminum foil. Bake for 20 minutes. Unwrap and place under broiler to
brown.
