Ingredients & Directions
Pumpkin Squash; sliced into
-1/2- to 3/4-inch pieces
Olive oil
Garlic; chopped
Cumin
Salt
Pepper OR red pepper flakes
Oregano
Thyme
Slice winter squash or pumpkin into 1/2- to 3/4-inch pieces.
Dress with a little olive oil, lots of chopped garlic, and cumin, salt and
pepper or hot red pepper flakes to taste. Oregano and thyme are optional.
Grill over medium coals, turning until tender.
Delicious with anything Mexican or Indian.
